Your friends at The Patio are thrilled to present Jenny Selden as our Executive Chef. Jenny recently moved back to Jacksonville after spending time in California and Savannah, Georgia. With fourteen years of experience in a variety of culinary settings, she is bound to stir things up at The Patio.


“On a recent weeknight, a friend and I began our adventure in mixed culinary metaphors with an hors d’oeuvre plate of perfectly composed, savory morsels. The dish, Roasted Stuffed Medjool Dates ($8), featured warm, plump dates filled with bleu cheese, wrapped with bacon and garnished with a silky sliver of foie gras. The sultry-sweet dates and smoky bacon combined with the rich, voluptuous cheese and foie gras to create a complete gastronomic seduction.”
